World Deaf Karate Open Tournament 2027
本大会は、きこえない・きこえにくいユース・ジュニア世代からマスターズまで、幅広い世代の空手選手を対象とした「世界ろう空手オープン大会」です。国際大会という舞台において、海外選手との交流や実戦経験の機会を提供し、国際的な競技環境に触れることを目的としています。
これにより、競技力の向上はもとより、世代を超えた切磋琢磨を通じた技術的・精神的成長を促し、将来のデフリンピックや世界大会への挑戦、さらには生涯にわたる競技参加につながる基盤づくりを目指します。
This tournament is an international karate competition for deaf and hard-of-hearing athletes, ranging from youth and junior to masters categories. The event aims to provide opportunities for international exchange and competitive experience, allowing participants to engage in a global sporting environment.
Through this experience, the tournament seeks to enhance athletes’ performance levels, promote both technical and personal development across generations, and establish a foundation for future participation in international competitions such as the Deaflympics and other world championships.

Rules：The competition will follow the rules of the World Karate Federation (WKF).
聴覚障害の基準：両耳の平均聴力レベルが55デシベル (dB)
Hearing Criteria：An average hearing level of 55 decibels (dB) or higher in both ears.
